G.S.D. is a dynamic, results-driven class that combines 30 minutes of Lagree on the Megaformer with 20 minutes of high-intensity interval training for the ultimate balance of strength, endurance, and metabolic conditioning.

Begin with a slow, controlled Lagree flow designed to lengthen and tone your muscles while maximizing time under tension. Ground yourself in each movement, engage your slow-twitch muscle fibers, and build deep muscular endurance. This portion is about precision, focus, and total-body control—creating strength, balance, and long, lean definition.

Then shift gears. The final 20 minutes ignite your heart rate with powerful HIIT intervals using a variety of equipment—hand weights, resistance bands, BOSU balls, and more. You’ll move with speed and intensity, challenging your cardiovascular capacity and pushing your limits.

Two modalities. One powerful result.

Grip socks are required for the Lagree portion. For HIIT, you may wear clean athletic shoes or keep your grip socks on—your choice.

G.S.D. Strength Edition

G.S.D: Strength Edition

G.S.D. Strength Edition is a focused, strength-driven experience that blends time on the Megaformer using the Lagree Method with dedicated strength work off the Mega using dumbbells and kettlebells.

This class is designed to build power, control, and muscular endurance by combining two highly effective strength modalities into one purposeful, high-impact session.

On the Megaformer, expect slow, controlled movement that maximizes time under tension and challenges stability, core engagement, and total-body strength. Off the Mega, you’ll focus on progressive strength training with dumbbells and kettlebells—emphasizing proper form, controlled tempo, and intentional execution.

There is no HIIT in this class. This is strictly strength—refined, focused, and form-driven.

Grip socks are recommended for the Mega portion. For the strength work off the Mega, feel free to bring clean atheltic shoes if you prefer.
