Get Tight Light

Start Here... gently. Lengthen, tone, and build strength in this supportive, spring-assisted resistance training workout on the Megaformer. Using more supportive spring options than a traditional Lagree class and a slow-controlled pace, this class focuses on proper alignment, stability, and reconnecting to your muscles with intention. 

You'll move mindfully, activating the smaller supporting muscles that help create a strong, balanced foundation- without the high intensity of a traditional Lagree class. Expect thoughtful transitions, clear guidance, and options throughout so you can move in a way that feels safe and empowering for your body.

This class is perfect for beginners, new mamas easing back into movement, those returning from injury, or anyone simply craving a less intense experience while still getting an effective, full-body workout.
